Meet Nadia

Nadia Bullock is a Canadian-born, Byron Bay–based yoga and mindfulness facilitator, longtime community leader, author of Becoming Mama, mama of two, award-winning hairstylist, and co-founder and CEO of Musos Entertainment.

The Seven-Figure Burnout

My creative path began in high school with a pair of scissors, evolving into a career as an award-winning hairstylist and educator, including work at New York and Milan Fashion Week.

After meeting my musician husband, Colin, we combined our crafts and traveled the world offering hair and music experiences for weddings and events. In 2011, we co-founded Musos Entertainment, which grew into a seven-figure live music agency named Canada’s Best Live Music and Management Agency by CV Magazine.

On paper, I had it all. But inside, I was living on autopilot, chasing the next “thing,” constantly striving for more. When I became a mom, I tried to “do it all” — run the business, cook from scratch, stay present while working from home — until my body forced me to stop.

During my second pregnancy, my heart rate spiked to over 220 bpm. I collapsed, and in that moment everything changed. In this terrifying near-death experience, my body’s message was clear: If you don’t slow down and live with intention, you’ll never truly live.

That was the beginning of my healing and my awakening.

The Reawakened Guide

Motherhood deepened my purpose. As I began doing the deep inner work, I peeled back the layers of conditioning, perfectionism, and overachievement that had once defined my worth to rediscover alignment, presence, and self-connection — the foundation of my work today.

I co-created Becoming Mama — a pregnancy journal and ritual keepsake sold in 500+ stores worldwide. I completed 200+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training with my Ashtanga teacher, Tina Pashumati James, alongside certifications in MSBR mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama. Together, we recorded a legacy album of chants and mantras (featuring my vocals) available on Spotify.

Today, I blend everything I’ve lived, learned, and led into one mission: helping others reconnect with themselves and return to what truly matters.

Because your inner world creates your outer reality, not the other way around.

If you long to slow down, calm your nervous system, turn off auto pilot and live awake with intention…

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

This is the philosophy of Well-Living: expressed through teaching yoga, hosting retreats, facilitating wellness workshops, and speaking at events.
