Meet Nadia

You didnโ€™t find me by accident. Nothing in life is truly by chance.

You found me because youโ€™re ready to stop living on autopilot โ€” to reconnect with yourself and release the stories, triggers, and patterns that no longer serve you. Youโ€™re ready to reawaken your inner spark and live more fully, with intention, joy, inner peace, and alignment.

Whether youโ€™re an individual seeking deeper wellbeing, or a leader ready to cultivate mindfulness and connection within your team โ€” youโ€™re in the right place.

Iโ€™m here to guide you, hold space, and reflect back your brilliance through yoga, mindfulness, ritual, nervous system healing, and subconscious strategies โ€” so you can step into your most alive, intentional life (and inspire others to do the same).

Mama of 2, 7 figure founder turned Yoga & mindfulness Facilitator and Author

From styling hair at Milan Fashion Week to running a live music agency across Canada and Australia with kids in tow, my path has always been fuelled by creativity and connection. But after a serious health wake-up call that stopped me in my tracks, I realized that true success isnโ€™t about how much we do โ€” itโ€™s about how aligned we are in our mind, body, heart and soul.

Nadia Bullock is a Canadian-born, Byron Bayโ€“based yoga and mindfulness facilitator, author, and entrepreneur. Iโ€™m also the creator of Becoming Mama, co-founder and CEO of Musos Entertainment, an award-winning hairstylist, and a longtime community leader.

My Story - Part 1: The 7 fig burnout

My creative path began in high school with a pair of scissors, evolving into a career as an award-winning hairstylist and educator, including styling hair at New York and Milan Fashion Week.

After meeting my musician husband, Colin, our shared love for creativity and connection inspired us to combine our talents โ€” offering hair and music packages for weddings and events and began travelling around the world for gigs and opportunities.

In 2011, We co-founded Musos Entertainment, which we grew into a 7-figure live music agency named Canadaโ€™s Best Live Music Agency by CV Magazine.

On paper, I had it all. But inside, I was running life at hamster-wheel speed โ€” always chasing the next milestone, the next goal, the next โ€œthing'โ€œ. No matter how much I achieved, I still felt like I was striving for something outside of myself.

What Iโ€™ve learned is this: inner peace and contentment donโ€™t come from numbers โ€” they come from within.

When I became a mom, I tried to โ€˜do it allโ€™ โ€” cooking every meal from scratch, grow my business, and be fully present working from home โ€” my body began to whisper what my mind refused to hear. I was stressed, reactive, and on the edge of burnout.

During my second pregnancy, I promised myself to do things differently this postpartum, But before I could slow down on my own, life made me.

One day, my heart rate spiked to over 220+ bpm. I collapsed to the floor โ€” and in this terrifying near death experience everything shifted for me. My body stopped me in my tracks to deliver a message Iโ€™ll never forget: If you donโ€™t wake up, slow down and be more intentional, youโ€™ll never truly live.

That was the beginning of my healing โ€” and my awakening.

Part 2: The Reawakened Guide

Motherhood deepened my work, and my healing journey shaped my purpose. As I began doing the deep inner work, I peeled back the layers of conditioning, perfectionism, and overachievement that had once defined my worth. What emerged was a profound devotion to living in alignment, presence, and self-connection โ€” the foundation of everything I now teach.

I co-created Becoming Mama โ€” a pregnancy journal and ritual keepsake thatโ€™s now sold in over 500 stores worldwide โ€” you can find that here.

I completed over 200+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training with my lineage-based Ashtanga teacher, Tina Pashumati James, as well as certifications in MBSR mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama. Together, we also co-created a legacy album of chants and mantras (featuring my vocals) โ€” listen on Spotify

Today, I blend everything Iโ€™ve lived, learned, and led into one holistic mission: To help others reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and the energy that makes them feel alive.

I now host and facilitate yoga, mindfulness, and ritual sessions, as well as retreats, corporate workshops, and eventsโ€” guiding individuals and teams to pause, breathe, and realign with what truly matters.

Because your inner world creates your outer reality, not the other way around.

If you long to slow down, calm your nervous system, turn off auto pilot and live awake with intentionโ€ฆ

YOUโ€™RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Today, I blend my entrepreneurial spirit with science-backed wellness and soulful spirituality to help others step off autopilot and live with more awareness, joy, mindfulness and inner connection.

This is the philosophy of Well-Living: expressed through teaching yoga, hosting retreats, facilitating wellness workshops, and speaking at events.
