Hi! I’m Nadia.

Yoga & mindfulness facilitator, mama, author, and entrepreneur — Canadian based in Byron Bay, Australia, with over a decade of creating soulful experiences rooted in connection and intention.

After building a 7-figure business in my 20s and facing a heart condition that stopped me in my tracks, I learned that outward success means little without inner alignment. That wake-up call shifted me from hustle to healing, and it’s why I now guide others (and myself) towards a more intentional way of living — on and off the mat.
